The Biglamp families
Constructive Details
The body of the LED module is made of raw die-cast aluminum EN AB 46100, while the mounting bracket is made of iron with cataphoresis treatment and final powder coating in gray RAL9006.
All screws of the device are made of stainless steel AISI 316.
The optics are made of high-performance transparent polycarbonate with UV protection in six different versions: Spot, Flood, Medium Flood, Wide Flood, Elliptic, and Asymmetrical.
The IP66 protection rating and IK08 impact resistance of the device are ensured by an anti-UV silicone gasket and black galvanized stainless steel retention springs designed to compensate for the thermal expansions of the article and ensure the integrity of the glass over time.
The protective front glass is 4mm thick.
Installation on Light Towers
The design of the Biglamp projectors has been conceived to facilitate the installation and orientation of the light beam to the maximum. Considering the possibilities of rotating the entire projector to the right or left and tilting the projector and individual modules up or down.
Biglamp is ideal for applications on any kind of light towers. On request, the Biglamp projectors aiming service is available on-site, using a laser sight.
Suspension Version
The thermal dissipation is optimized thanks to the radiator with fins designed to achieve maximum dissipation through natural convection, ensuring a long life for the LED light source.
