Dedicated area for processing flexible linear families such as Ribbon, Pu-C, and Rubber: circuit welding, polyurethane resin sealing, testing, and control. All products undergo a control test at each production stage and are subjected to a final test as well as sample tests that recheck IP and IK requirements.

Siliconization

The numerical control sealing system implemented on outdoor fixtures such as Archiline, Xenia, Parker, Orma, Skin, etc., ensures a perfect hermetic seal. This technology precisely applies the optimal amount of adhesive to ensure perfect bonding of the glass, eliminating possible air or water infiltrations. The automated approach not only improves aesthetics but also optimizes production efficiency.

Ultrasound sealing

The Paseo linear system guarantees reliable protection for the circuit and power group through ultrasound sealing of the caps. This innovative technology creates an effective barrier against the elements, eliminating the need for adhesives or other chemicals. Thanks to this advanced solution, production times are significantly reduced, allowing for a more efficient and sustainable process.

Optilight technology

OptiLight, an incredibly transparent polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) panel that, thanks to the special laser-engraved texture, evenly distributes the light emitted by the perimeter LED source: the light is thus soft and glare-free, giving a total perception of visual comfort.
