All processing waste is subjected to a cleaning phase through a centrifuge that separates oil and chips.
The first is filtered and reused in subsequent cycles while the latter are resold as recovery material. For brass processing, however, the residues are collected by the supplier who in turn returns the semi-finished product ready to be turned again.

Packaging is adapted to the product to be shipped, thanks to special packaging machinery. This generates less impact on paper consumption but also less CO2 thanks to optimized transport.

The BUG Rating evaluation system

The BUG Rating evaluation system, developed by the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and the International Dark Sky Association, is used to classify lighting products based on their ability to reduce backlight, uplight, and glare.
Through careful development and targeted design of the Buzzers, integrating the BUG-Rating evaluation system from the start, we have managed to create a series of versions that boast a bug rate of zero. These versions of our Buzzers are designed to seamlessly integrate into projects that consider the BUG-Rating criterion as an essential requirement to ensure optimal visual comfort in outdoor environments. Our attention to reducing BUG-Rating translates into a significant contribution to ensuring effective outdoor lighting, eliminating any unwanted light disturbance and allowing for a comfortable and high-quality visual experience in various architectural projects.
