A five-star hotel surrounded by Montenegrin nature, overlooking a sea rich in history. A careful study of lighting aimed at creating emotions and memories in an oasis of well-being.
The exterior of the building is illuminated with light effects created by Loop66, proposed in standard versions with four beams and custom with three.
The windows and balconies are illuminated with Arcada positioned close to the parapet without glare towards the room or unsightly dispersion of light, Arcada gives a homogeneous intensity, giving greater depth to the architectural scenery.
The perimeter canopy of the building's roof, the outdoor swimming pool and the balconies connecting the hotel towers are all illuminated with Fylo Outdoor, which, thanks to its integrated profile, is a ready-to-install strip lighting solution even if no building-integrated structure has been planned.
To complete the outdoor lighting we find the Portik ceiling light in the perimeter porticos and the Gardener outdoor projector on the shrubs and palm trees in the garden, which thanks to their recessed optics limit glare.
Inside, too, the entire hotel presents a detailed lighting study according to the different rooms.
The reception area has a decorative appeal with Baton_P, a simple and refined pendant luminaire that creates elegant atmospheres without sacrificing the right amount of light for the working floor.
The lobby, on the other hand, is illuminated throughout the area with Loro_RJ: a product specifically designed for lighting in false ceilings with limited manoeuvring space, as it features a curved rear diffuser that reduces the recessed depth.
In restaurants, public areas and corridors, the Cell recessed luminaires that disappear into the ceiling, leaving only light to work, and the Warp and Rada_R downlights for meeting rooms are used for general lighting, combining efficiency and visual comfort.
The elegant Mongolfier suspension, on the other hand, is used to emphasise buffets and decorate the room with class.
Particular attention is paid to the rooms, which are illuminated by general lighting with Quantum_Y downlights, and indirect light thanks to the application of strips in the corner above the bed. Bart_W is used as a headboard and desk light.
In the hotel's wellness centre, various decorative and architectural lighting is used, such as Pool_C and Pool_S for the barber's lounges and the gymnasium, or the 2nights applique used to illuminate the plaques in the various rooms, but also the amber-coloured indirect light for the custom version of the strips installed in the corridor.
An important Fylo+ installation in IP version illuminates the indoor swimming pool, in a structure with a perimeter of about 80 metres created thanks to the integrated profile supplied with the product.
