Bisatti Pharmacy
A new concept in retail lighting
In order to provide more space and more services to customers, the Bisatti pharmacy needed a new location that could better represent and support the evolution of its offer on a visual and material level as well. So here is a new shop, where the very structure of the environment conveys professionalism and availability to customers, but is also a place where they can work with the best conditions of comfort. Unlike traditional pharmacies, where the light is diffused, for this project an alternative and new lighting concept was experimented, precisely to guarantee functionality and well-being, bringing it closer to that typically studied for retail environments.

Inside the pharmacy, Linea Light Group lighting solutions from the Professional LED Lighting and Architectural Lighting collections have been adopted. In the central area, where the waiting area is located, we find the installation of Tour which, with its conceptual lines, emits a direct and diffused light capable of illuminating the entire environment, providing the base on which to work. Other sources, positioned in more specific areas, create accents on the products, the shelves and the counter.
The displays, mostly arranged along the perimeter walls of the shop, are illuminated with Angular, which are track-mounted to create a uniform effect while avoiding glare to customers in passing areas. The versatility of the product and the type of installation are also a strong point of the project as they can be readapted to new possible arrangements of the display islands.
Above the workstations, spot lighting was realised by means of Baton pendants, which produce more visibility directly on the counters. In the part dedicated to the storage of medicines, on the other hand, diffuse lighting was created, useful for searching for products, through the use of Edith track-mounted fixtures.
The tracks were suspended at a lower height than the partition walls so as not to be visible from the sales area.
The project was developed directly by the Linea Light Group's lighting department, which collaborated in the creation of the retail concept together with TH.KOHL, which developed the furniture design. A synergy aimed at experimenting with new uses of colour, punctual lighting and the arrangement of elements in the sales area.
